No sleep for me (again) last night. Just going to have to push through the day. Need to go shopping, then out to lunch with the family—the biggest obstacle of the day…along with trying not to be in a pissy mood after last night.

And thank you to those of you who sent the lovely/encouraging messages last night…they def. gave me a little boost in a more positive direction.

(Lets hope today will end as Day 1 of being purge free again).
